On Saturday October 4th 2025, Jackson-Milton students enjoyed an evening of music, pictures, and dancing at Ciminero’s Banquet Center in Niles. Students and their guests spent the day getting ready, preparing flowers, and taking pictures all in preparation for the event. It was organized by Mrs. Schneeman and the student council. Prior to the event the students in grades nine through eleven elected one boy and one girl as representatives of their class, and the seniors elected a court of ten, five boys and five girls. The freshman class chose Aliya Brown and RJ Truslow, the sophomores chose Joslynn Cellars and Carter Headly, and the juniors chose Nora Schwarten and Caleb Combs. The senior court girls were Abby Bueno, Katie Byers, Makenna Johnson, Tiffany Tingler and Charlie Saunders. The senior court boys were Jackson Horner, Jack McDevitt, Brock Piatt, Elijah Handrych, and Caden Ruby. The winners of the court and the 2025 homecoming king and queen were Elijah Handrych and Abby Bueno! All of the court was announced at the dance and they took pictures together to commemorate the event. The seniors chose Landslide by Fleetwood Mac as their senior song and gathered as a grade on the dance floor to enjoy the track and moment as a class. The dance ended at nine o’clock and students went home after experiencing an unforgettable night!
