This year, the cheer team is continuing through a variety of carefully selected coaching staff! They have instilled hard work, dedication, stunting, technique, and more.
Senior Caty Carnes mentions, “We really embraced teamwork this year and created a great team environment.”
This season’s cheer captains are Abigail Bueno and Caitlin Carnes. Furthermore, the team has competed at a variety of competitions against a multitude of Division 1 and 2 schools, managing to have an undefeated 4-0 record. They have also won specialty awards such as Grand Champions, The “Wow” Award, and more.
Sophomore Gabriella Price exclaims, “I’m so proud of how far we have come throughout the season. Keep it up girls!”
The team was able to qualify for the State championship at Big Walnut High School and took 3rd place in the Game Day division. Congratulations on a great season!!
