Friday November 20, 2015 the Lady Jays have started off their season with a win. They defeated Matthews their first home game 53-36. On Wednesday November 25, 2015 they were on the road to Crestview and defeated the rebels 46-33.

Monday November 30, 2015 they came back home to defeat Chalker 62-33. Thursday December 3, 2015 the Lady Jays went to Southern Local and defeated them 71-32. They finished the week off strong with a win against United Local 51-21.

Monday December 7, 2015 the Jays defeated East Palestine 54-26. Thursday December 11, 2015 they went to Western Reserve (our rivals) and brought home the victory 40-37.

“The best part of this team is that they play together as a team so well. They win together and they don’t care who scores as long as the job gets done and they win,” said Coach Keney.

“We only have nine girls on the team but we all work hard and have the same goal which is to come out of each game with a win. Nobody is selfish and it’s a total team effort.”  –Ashley Totani

The Lady Jays were nominated for JJ Huddle’s week 3 team of the week. They won the poll with 65.50% of the votes. They had 7,219 votes out of the 11,021.

Monday January 11, 2016 the Jays defeated Sebring 54-27. They came back Thursday January 14, 2016 and defeated Mineral Ridge 66-20.

After a week off of games the Lady Jays came back with a bang defeating their rivals for the second time 43-34. This makes the Jays undefeated in the ITCL blue tier. Saturday January 23, 2016 the Jays defeated Wellsville 52-37.

They came back with 4 league games left. Monday January 27, 2016 the Lady Jays beat Lowellville 65-29. On Thursday January 28, 2016 the Lady Jays won Olivia Wolfe’s senior night against Mcdonald 47-42.

After keeping the undefeated streak in the league going the Jays defeated Sebring Monday February 1, 2016 51-14. They won the ITCL league title. The first time since 1988, 28 years!
