During the 2015 Golf season the boys were coached by veteran Kevin Hogue who inspired the boys to 15-2 in the season, they stayed at their home course, Lakeside, which has been supportive and caring.  The boys team was led by seniors Noah Karch, Chance Proverbs, Alexis Cadle and Nick Householder.  They have a supportive underclass including Braden Nagy, Eric Ostrowski, Bryce Colosimo, Joe Virostek and Josh Spalding.  They were invited to the Tannenhauf Invitational and did well. They had one rookie this year that transferred from Western Reserve who decided to play on the boy’s team instead of the women’s.

As the year comes to a close it is a reminder that the most important part of the year is how you finish it. The boys head to Pine Lakes Sept 23 for an 18-hole match for I.T.C.L rights. They shot 334 as a team and shot the lowest score in there division, but because they lost to McDonald during the season they didn’t have enough points to win the championship. They headed to Riverview Golf Club where Nick Householder and Chance Proverbs were among the 5 best scores out of 115 golfers. They advanced to Districts for the 3rd year in a row.
