Key Club hosts Middle School Gym Night

Kylie Wilson

Key Club hosted an opportunity for the middle school kids to have some fun before the weekend. The Key Club consists of students in the high school that want to help volunteer in the community. This is a perfect opportunity for high school students to volunteer for their school and to have some fun with the younger kids in the school. It was only open for sixth, seventh, and eighth-grade students. This event took place November 12, 2021, from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm in the high school gymnasium and cafeteria. There were many fun activities taking place at this event. There were games played in the gym like kickball, volleyball, basketball, and WALLYball while there will be games in the cafeteria like checkers, battleship, Uno, and chess. There was also a concession stand available for the students to purchase drinks and snacks.
