Congratulations to Ryen Romigh, an 8th grade student who qualified for the OHSAA 7th/8th Grade State  Championships in Columbus, Ohio. Ryen is the first to qualify for the Jr. High State meet in the school’s history!  Ryen will compete in the long jump against the top 24 athletes in his field in the state.  He has had several first place finishes throughout the regular season.

In the meet at Champion team member set 2 new meet records for the Scarlet Division in the MVACs.  A new meet record was set in the 200m dash by Keegan White, and a new meet record was set by the bots 4x100m relay team: Elijah Handrych, Keegan White, Vincent Fay, and Ryen Romigh.  These students have finished first in the regular season on multiple occasions.  Elijah also placed 2nd in the 110m hurdles at the MVAC event.

Additionally Kristen Campbell placed 2nd at the MVAC tournament in the 1600m run.  She has also  celebrated first place finishes in the regular season in the 1600m run and 400m dash, as well as in the 200m hurdles.
