This year’s winner of Great Clips’ Most Inspiring Teacher award is Leah Condon of Jackson-Milton High School. This annual competition encourages students to submit nominations in any visual or written format they choose wherein they state how a teacher has, through his or her words and actions, inspired the student to “greatness” outside of the classroom. This annual project is offered to any district in which The 220 Group, Ltd., a Great Clips Franchisee, does business in the area (Austintown, Canfield, Liberty and Salem).

Condon will be recognized during an assembly Monday and will receive a plaque. Condon’s class also will receive an in-school pizza party courtesy of Gionino’s Pizza, and the school district will receive a $500 check from Great Clips of Austintown/The 220 Group, Ltd. The student who submitted the essay, Ashley Cameron, will receive a $50 cash award.

Congratulations Mrs. Condon!
