The JM wrestling team has been spending time doing work in their wrestling room.  Nick Vergallito is the only senior returning this season he is joined by the following lettermen: Nick Scarl, Jeremy Seka, Anthony Pizzuto, Rayce Edwards, and Evan Mitchell.

Jeremy Seka  was a 2015-2016 district alternate and is looking to have a big season this year.  Anthony Pizzuto qualified in his districts as a freshman in 2015-2016, he will also be looking to have another successful season. Nick Vergalito was an alternate for districts as a junior and is looking to top that this year. Nick Scarl was a district qualifier looking to move up in the ranks this season as a junior.

There many new talents coming to the mats this season including senior, Kendall Tarr.

Harrison Lay and John Landis are freshmen working hard to accelerate in Bluejay Wrestling.

The team wil have its first showcase at Cardinal Middlefield on November 29 and will travel to Solon December 2.  Good luck to the Wrestling Blue Jays!
