JM Soccer finished the season with a overall record of 13-4-3 and it was the first year the school team has a won a playoff game!
Head Coach Ned Seder and Assistant Coach Clint Moore have both made an incredible impact on the program. But it’s not just the coaches that make it great—the sport itself brings so many perks. It’s an easy way to make friends, get fit, and even boost your mood.
As Charlotte Lard, a team member, puts it, “Even if you weren’t sure about soccer and were not athletic whatsoever, you will have fun playing with this school, with this coach.”
Adilyn Gbur said, “We are a newer team compared to most other school sports, so making it to the playoffs and winning a playoff game is a big deal!”
Their recent winning streak has only fueled the team’s confidence and made them stronger, showing that all the hard work and team spirit really do pay off. Practices are full of energy, laughs, and moments that bring everyone closer, turning teammates into lifelong friends. Whether players are on the field or cheering each other from the sidelines, the sense of belonging is what sets Jackson Milton’s soccer team apart. It’s more than just a sport, it’s a community where every goal, win, and shared challenge becomes a memory worth keeping.
