The 2023 track season was led by the coaches Abbey Fishtorn, Mike Sheely and Rick Stout. This track season had 5 Regional qualifiers. Senior and team captain: Zeke Brock advances to Regionals in discus. Junior Faith Sullivan advances in the 800 meter race. Juniors Jonathan Edwards and Ryen Romigh advance in high jump. Sophomore Lucas Sokol advances in the 1600 meter race. The Blue Jays also brought home the Ugly Jug trophy for the second year in a row. 

Jonathan Edwards stated, “The 2023 track team has had a very successful year with winning the ugly jug for the 2nd year in a row, tied the reserve relays had many first places over the many meets we had 5 regional qualifiers in Ryen Romigh, Faith Sullivan, Zeke Brock, Lucas Sokol and Jonathan Edwards The team was led by solo senior Zeke Brock with support from the two other captains Faith Sullivan and Jonathan Edward”

Faith Sullivan stated, “I believe this track season has gone very well. Our team is improving everyday and everyone is enjoying the things we have been doing. Personally I’ve also seen a lot of improvements in myself and hope to carry that into my senior year to achieve my goal of going to state. I’m very grateful for how this season has gone for me and my teammates and I’m beyond proud of all of them!”
