Congratulations to Cole Graham taking 2 first place finishes during the Columbiana Invitational and earning the Lou Champney Award.  Cole has set high goals for himself this season and has met and exceeded many of them!  Cole placed first in both the 3200m and the 1600m.  Cole has earned multiple first place finishes in his events throughout the season.

Earlier in the season at the Mahoning County Championships, Katie Campbell placed 2nd in the 32oom run and Kelsie Taylor placed 2nd in shot put.

Additional highlights during the regular season include a first place finishes for the following athletes during various meets:

Nick McGinnis, Carter Graham, Zach Koontz, and Cole Graham int the 4 x 800 .  Keegan Beck earned a first place in the 110m hurdles as well as the 300m.  Carter Graham earned a 1st in the 300m hurdles. Katie Campbell earned first in 3200m run, 1600m run, as well as the 800m run.  Keegan Beck, Nick McGinnis, Zach Koontz, and Noah Kramer placed 1st in the 4×100.  Joe Koziel and Faith Sullivan both placed 1st in the 400m dash.  Additionally, Faith also had a first place finish in the 1600m this season. Mark Martin and Kelsie Taylor earned a 1st place in shot put.  Kelsie also placed 1st in discus.  Tanner Butler earned a first place in Long Jump and Kylee Fetkovich and Kelsie Taylor earned a first place in high jump as well this season.
