Jackson-Milton High School band is organized by Derrick Kittle. The band is made up of many determined young individuals. At Jackson-Milton they also have a marching band.

Last year at Lakeview High School in Cortland, Ohio on March 14th the Jackson Milton Band earned a rating of “Superior.” This shows how hard working the band is. Jackson-Milton occasionally puts on concerts for the school and parents that are wanting to see what the band has come up with this time.

According to Mr. Kittle, “This group of kids always play very musically and they’re extremely hard working.” This shows how the kids are seen by many.

The school enjoys when they put on concerts. It is considered as just another chance for them all to come together and many even sing along to the band because they are so on point with the real song. It brings everyone together and it’s  just a very happy time.

Mr. Kittle also says, “The students deserve the praise they get for their efforts.”

This shows all the children’s hard work does eventually pay off and they get to have those special concerts that are good and everyone enjoys. Next time Jackson-Milton is having a concert, you should go and be a part of such a joyful time.
