Spanish Club 2018

If your local high school has a Spanish course then chances are it also has Spanish Club.

Spanish Club is an opportunity for kids to come and learn and experience the Spanish culture.

In this club you’ll learn the language, and about the history of the countries and the culture such as food.

Spanish club founder, Mrs. Saculla, or as they call her Senora said,  “You have to be very excited about the culture and the language that’s about it.”

She later discussed the activities they have planned such as T-shirts, pulseras, Day of the Dead fiesta, as well as a Christmas party.

Mrs. Saculla started Spanish Club at Jackson-Milton because, “I feel like the kids need an opportunity to celebrate that stuff, We don’t have enough time during class, I Only see them for 45 minutes.”

Senora is very dedicated to her students and really wants to further their knowledge about the culture.

Michael Liberato joined because, “ I thought it would be fun, and it is. It’s fun to learn about the culture and Language.”  Michael is also the Vice President of Spanish Club.

Spanish club is an overall fun experience, although there are some requirements such as a knowledge of the language.
