Star Wars: The Last Jedi is the latest instalment in the Star Wars franchise. The movie came out in theaters on December 14, 2017. This movie was produced by Rian Johnson, who is suspected to be directing the next Star Wars movie in this installment. The Last Jedi is now the ninth movie produced into this series, but the only the eighth in the main installment of the main Star Wars storyline. Star Wars: The Last Jedi is the fifth-biggest worldwide film opening since 2002, at $450,821,889.

I believe that this movie is one that any Star Wars fan (or not) should see. This movie is also a good one for families to enjoy together. The Last Jedi movie also has moments for people who love comedy, action, romance, etc.

Another thing that is so spectacular about this movie is that they are still able to have some of the old main characters, like Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, Chewbacca, to appear in this movie. I also love how Rian Johnson is still able to keep the old conflicts, but also add in some new ones. The acting by the cast is absolutely stunning and amazing to watch, they definitely bring justice to their franchises’ predecessors.

The basics of the film are that, Luke Skywalker’s peaceful and solitary existence gets disturbed when he meets Rey (Rey is a young woman who is showing strong signs of the Force). Rey’s desire to learn the ways of the Jedi forces Luke to make a decision that changes both of their lives forever. Meanwhile, Kylo Ren and General Hux lead the First Order in an all-out assault against Princess Leia and the Resistance for control of the galaxy. Throughout the movie the audience can see that there is a sort of connection between Rey and Kylo. By the end of the movie both sides have taken heavy losses and are trying to regroup to plan their next moves.

Many fans worldwide are pleased with how the movie turn out and everyone is on the edge of their seats waiting for the next one to be produced. I would say that this film is definitely one that needs to be watched and experienced by all.
